Send invitations to new crew and pilots to join Flyte Zone. Pilots and crew can maintain their own profiles, upload required documentation and securely execute tasks you assign them. Crew (including pilots) can be assigned multiple posts and roles within your ROC.

Post flight reporting and sign-off

Crew can compile and submit reports of any incidents or accidents that may have occurred during operations. Submit them for internal review. Sign-off completed operations to archive an immutable record of your operation.

Incident and accident reports

Safety managers can review, investigate and resolve incident and accident reports submitted to them. They can then determine further actions, assign tasks and/or corrective and/or preventative actions.

Ad-hoc reports

Draw the following system-generated reports for a specified time period at any time: hazard report, incident report, risk assessment report, weather report, maintenance log, and flight folio report.

Automated document collation

Accept invitations from multiple ROCs and securely execute operations and sign-off tasks assigned to them by associated ROCs.

Log book

Upload your existing logbook and move on to the future. Flyte Zone automatically populates your logbook from data captured from the operations and flights to which you have been assigned. Additionally, pilots can add manual logbook entries.

Matt van Eden and Amit Ramdath, founders of Flyte Zone.

Who are we

Matt is an admitted attorney with extensive experience in the commercialisation of innovative technologies and regulatory compliance. He has enjoyed a passion for flight since a child and an interest in disruptive technologies since he could understand the meaning thereof.

Amit’s background spans software engineering and entrepreneurship, and he has led software engineering and innovation organizations to new heights over the past two decades. His passion for aviation, on the other hand, precedes his business accolades with a stint in the Air Force, then flying helicopters and now an RPL holder with a BVLOS rating.

Together, with their cutting edge team they look forward to bridging the gap between innovation and regulation in the UAV industry.
